Terms of Service

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must hold a valid Ethiopian mobile number (+251 7xx or 9xx).
• One Telegram account = one AddisBet account. Multi-accounting voids bonuses.
• Use of the service is at your own risk.

• Min deposit: 50 ETB (Telebirr / M-Pesa), $0.30 USDT.
• Min withdrawal: 100 ETB. Withdrawals via Telebirr or M-Pesa only.
• USDT deposits are converted at admin-set rate. Crypto withdrawals are NOT supported.
• Recipient phone for withdrawals must match your registered phone (anti-hijack).
• 1× turnover applies before withdrawal — deposited funds must be wagered once on a sport bet ≥1.40 odds OR any casino game.
• Withdrawal SLA: within 20 minutes during business hours.
• We absorb all provider outbound fees — customer pays nothing.

• All bonuses require Telegram verification (except USDT crypto bonus).
• Bonuses must be cleared within 22 days of grant via the specified wagering rules.
• Bonus stacking is allowed; clearing happens independently per grant.
• Multi-accounting, collusion, or arbitrage exploitation voids all bonuses on related accounts.
• We reserve the right to amend bonus terms with reasonable notice.

• Min stake 1 ETB, max stake 100,000 ETB (non-VIP), max payout 500,000 ETB per ticket.
• Odds shown are final at time of bet placement.
• Stale odds (>10 minutes old) cannot be bet on — refresh to continue.
• 15% tax on net profit applies to any bet of 1,000 ETB or more.
• Settlement uses official results from api-football. Manual admin overrides may apply in case of result errors.
• Postponed/cancelled leg becomes 1.00 odds; full void if ALL legs are postponed.

• Game outcomes are determined by cryptographic random (Python secrets module) in v1.
• Each game has a long-run expected return that is mathematically tuned, not a guarantee on any single round.
• Bingo "fake players" are visual fill only — they never win prizes and don't affect the prize pool.

• No bots, scripts, or automated betting clients.
• No collusion in multiplayer Bingo (sharing cards).
• No fraudulent deposit submissions. 3 mismatches in 24 hours = 10-week auto-suspension.
• No reverse-engineering or attempting to access the admin panel.
• We may close, suspend, or void winnings on accounts violating these rules. Audit log evidence governs.

AddisBet is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service up but make no guarantees about availability, accuracy of third-party odds, or successful settlement of every bet. Disputes start with a Telegram message to @addisbet_xyz. If unresolved, both parties agree to escalate via Ethiopian commercial arbitration.

AddisBet operates in a regulatory environment where online betting licensing is evolving. We acknowledge this risk and operate transparently. If a legal change requires us to suspend service or freeze withdrawals, we will refund all balances minus already-incurred fees.

Bonus values, payout targets, stake limits, tax rate, and other configurable parameters are admin-tunable. Material changes will be posted to the promotions page and announced on Telegram. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
