Privacy Policy

• Ethiopian phone number (+251 7xx or 9xx) for registration + KYC-lite
• Optional display name
• Telegram user_id and username on verification
• Deposit and withdrawal records (amount, txid, timestamp)
• Bet and casino-play history (stake, payout, timestamp)
• Audit log entries for admin actions affecting your account
• IP address and user-agent of requests (for security only)

• National ID, FAN, or full residential address
• Bank account numbers (only Telebirr/M-Pesa phone for payouts)
• Behavioral tracking from third-party ad networks

Your data is used solely to operate AddisBet — verify identity, process deposits/withdrawals, enforce bonus and anti-fraud rules, and contact you about your account via Telegram. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

• Main admin and sub-admins, for support and audit purposes (logged)
• Payment providers (NOWPayments for crypto; nobody on Telebirr/M-Pesa — receipts are public-portal lookups)
• Hosting providers (Supabase, Railway, Vercel) at the infrastructure level

Transactional records (deposits, withdrawals, bets) are kept indefinitely for accounting and dispute resolution. Audit log entries are append-only and cannot be deleted. On account closure request via @addisbet_xyz, we redact personal identifiers (phone, name) within 30 days while retaining anonymized financial records as legally required.

We can self-exclude your account on request — message support and we'll permanently disable bonuses, sport bets, and casino access while preserving any remaining balance for withdrawal.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with the "last updated" date bumped. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
